Your professional workflow

Keep the job together.

01

Prepare the site

Import a PDF, image or supported CAD base drawing. Set the scale and coordinates, or start a spatial survey before the drawing arrives.

02

Record in the field

Capture trees, groups, hedges and woodlands, with measurements, observations, photographs and calculated Root Protection Areas. Use downloaded survey files offline.

03

Review the scheme

Record proposed works and protection measures. Review impact checks, missing information and your own recommendations before issuing the job.

04

Deliver the work

Prepare coordinated PDF plans, schedules and reports, layered DXF drawings, Excel schedules and editable Word reports. Keep the issued outputs with the job.

Built around your practice

Your measurements.
Your judgement.
Your files.

A form that fits your work

Configure field labels, order, required entries and picklists. Reuse client survey-form templates while retaining the standard meanings in professional outputs.

Work beyond the first issue

Prepare tree-work records, monitoring visits and re-survey comparisons from the same project information.

Choose where the survey lives

Save in Files on your iPad or with a provider such as iCloud Drive. No portal account is required to record a survey. Keep a separate backup of important work.

A welcome gift at launch

21 days to try the professional outputs.

Our planned App Store release includes a free 21-day trial, with no automatic payment or renewal. After the trial, a one-off in-app purchase unlocks formatted outputs. The purchase screen will show your local price before you buy.

Your surveys remain accessible and editable after the trial, and CSV export of your data remains available. TestFlight beta access is free and does not start the launch trial.

The App Store release and final price are still being prepared. The hosted client portal is also in preparation and is not open for client use yet.

Before you start

A few practical details.

Who is Copsemark for?

Arboricultural consultants preparing tree surveys and planning documents using BS 5837. Copsemark supports your recording and delivery work; it does not replace site inspection, professional judgement or your own access to the standard.

Does it work without mobile signal?

You can record and edit a downloaded survey offline. Imported, licensed MBTiles can provide an offline map background. Online data screening, account sign-in, purchases, and downloading or uploading files need a connection. Do not assume Apple map imagery will be available offline.

Can I use it on iPhone?

The first release is for iPad. iPhone support is not part of the current release.

Does it guarantee a planning approval?

No. You review the measurements, categories, recommendations and outputs for your commission and the authority’s requirements. Software checks do not certify a survey or guarantee acceptance.

How do I try the beta?

Email Leon to request a beta invitation. Availability depends on the current TestFlight build and Apple’s beta review. Please use a copy of your job and independently check outputs during evaluation.
